We are seeking a Division Manager, Managed Services who will be accountable to maintain a team of outsource headcount & build a business model to deliver and support both Enterprise & Defence Sector.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Division's P&L
- Develop and manage a new business model of remote managed services for Enterprise/Public sector
- Establish and maintain process with Customer Success Division for business collaboration
- Responsible for team's career planning & hiring of new staff
Requirements
- Strong experiences in managed services business model
- At least 3 years of experience in team management
- Experience in project management is advantage
- Experience in project funding management will be advantage.
- At least 5 years of IT or Cyber Security related experience
- Experience in Defence Sector will be advantage
