Job Summary
We are seeking a Managed Services Division Manager to lead and grow a remote managed services business model supporting both Enterprise and Defence sectors. You will drive division profitability, build collaborative processes, and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the division to achieve profitability by managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) outcomes
- Design and implement a remote managed services business model tailored for Enterprise and Public sector clients
- Establish and maintain collaborative processes with the Customer Success Division to enhance business partnerships and service delivery
- Drive team development by planning career paths and leading recruitment to build a skilled and motivated workforce
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate strong experience in managing managed services business models to deliver operational excellence
- Apply at least 3 years of team management experience to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively
- Utilize project management skills to oversee initiatives and ensure timely delivery (advantageous)
- Manage project funding to optimize resource allocation and financial control (advantageous)
- Bring at least 5 years of IT or Cyber Security experience to support technical and strategic objectives
- Leverage experience in the Defence Sector to navigate sector-specific requirements and opportunities (advantageous)
