- Lead daily operations of 3 Centers, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure holistic care for clients.
- Oversee assessments, admissions, and reviews ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing standards, licensing, and inspections.
- Plan manpower, manage staffing, and provide coaching, training, and performance support to staff.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.
- Promote centre services through outreach, events, and partnerships to increase awareness and client enrolment.
- Handle regulatory submissions, workload reporting, and subvention matters.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Social Work/Community Care/Gerontology.
- Minimum 6 years experience working in Supervisory.
- Working hours: 5days, 8.30am-6pm
