A Day in the Life
As a Distributor Performance Intern, you will support our department in managing and optimizing distributor operations. You will be involved in key activities such as distributor evaluation and assessment, inventory and sales-out analysis, engagement initiatives, and compliance & risk assessments. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in commercial operations, analytics, and stakeholder management within a dynamic business environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, presentations).
- Strong analytical background (Quantitative, Qualitative skills)
- Willingness to learn, seeking continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and techniques
- Good organization and time management skills, including working independently with guidance provided, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Skills/Competencies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative problem solving: Analytical and able to generate new and valuable ideas and effective solutions to difficult problems.
- Willingness to learn, seeking continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and techniques
