Disputes Lawyer (5PQE+) | International Law Firm

We're currently working with an international law firm in their search to expand their Dispute Resolution practice in Singapore. The practice handles a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including complex litigation and international arbitration, while also taking on regulatory advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, submissions, contracts, and advisory documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic input on complex disputes and corporate matters.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulators to ensure effective case management.

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Solid background in dispute resolution; exposure to regulatory advisory work is advantageous.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deepen expertise across a wide range of dispute matters.
