You will operate dish-washing equipment and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish-washing machine efficiently to clean dishes and utensils for daily restaurant operations
• Clean restaurant areas thoroughly to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment to comply with hygiene standards and support food safety
• Collect and dispose of rubbish promptly to maintain cleanliness and prevent hazards
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations
