Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning & Sanitizing: Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using an industrial machine.
  • Station Maintenance: Keeping the dish area organized, safe, and clean (sweeping/mopping floors).
  • Restocking: Ensuring chefs and servers have a constant supply of clean, dry dishes.
  • Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, breaking down boxes, and managing recyclables throughout the shift.
  • Safety Adherence: Following all sanitation regulations, food safety guidelines, and properly using cleaning chemicals.
  • Support Roles: Assisting with food prep, storing food deliveries, and aiding in closing duties.
