What You'll Do:

• Keep our kitchen sparkling clean and organized.
• Wash and sort dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and ensure all equipment stays spotless.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and utensils properly.
• Maintain and clean the kitchen exhaust hood.
• Make sure there's always enough clean equipment ready, especially during peak hours.
• Check inventory and reorder supplies when needed.
• Dispose of waste properly and safely.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Caf / Housekeeping Manager.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 off day per week (scheduled by Management).
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Can stand for long hours.
• Has great attention to detail.
• Able to start work immediately (advantage!).
