Job Description

  • Manage food service clearing system at the cafeteria.
  • Collect, clean, wash, and sanitize all soiled wares.
  • Keep the dishwashing area (floors, walls, dishwashing machines, storage equipment's, shelves) clean and sanitized at all times
  • Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipments and highlight any faulty equipment to superior.
  • Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations in place.
  • Sweep and mop the floors.
  • Track waste disposal daily.
  • Other duties assigned by superior.
