Job Description

Manage food service clearing system at the cafeteria.
Collect, clean, wash, and sanitize all soiled wares.
Keep the dishwashing area (floors, walls, dishwashing machines, storage equipment's, shelves) clean and sanitized at all times
Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipments and highlight any faulty equipment to superior.
Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations in place.
Sweep and mop the floors.
Track waste disposal daily.
Other duties assigned by superior.
