Responsibilities
. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
. Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area.
. Sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.
. Remove trash, clean floors, and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.
. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.
. Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
. No formal education requirement: basic literacy preferred.
. Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
. Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.
. Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist.
. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
