Discipline Support Officer Bishan

Working hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.45 am to 4.45 pm

Key Roles

• Campus supervision and patrol during recess, lunch, and transitions

• Monitor latecomers, collect mobile phones, and manage detention lists

• Support suspended students in a structured environment and guide their transition back

• Conduct preliminary investigations, gather statements, and compile incident reports

• Supervise detention sessions, maintain records, and facilitate restorative activities

• Collate and manage discipline-related data and documentation

Requirements

• Prior uniformed service experience (e.g., SPF, SPS), preferably 10+ years with youth-related investigation/support

• Conflict management and de-escalation skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Accurate observation, documentation, and record management

• Basic data entry and Excel skills
