The Director, WOF Talent Technology Transformation sits at the intersection of talent strategy and technology - translating the ambition of Deloitte's AP Workforce of the Futureagenda into practical, scalable, human-centred enablement. This role leads the technology workstreams that power how AP participating firms attract, develop, and retain talent in an human centered AI optimized world of work.
The role brings together deep expertise in talent transformation, a fluency in AI and automation use cases, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across AP member firms. It partners closely with the AP WOF leadership team to ensure that technology serves people - not the other way around.
CONTEXT & BACKGROUND
Deloitte's Workforce of the Future (WOF) program is the AP People & Purpose function's flagship initiative for reimagining how the firm's AP professionals work. Technology enablement is a critical pillar - encompassing AI-powered talent tools, workforce analytics, learning platforms, and digital experience transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technology Strategy & Enablement
- Lead the technology enablement pillar of the AP WOF program, defining the roadmap for AI across PFs, automation, and digital tools that shape the future workforce
- Partner with AP technology and other member firm leads to align people technology investments with WOF priorities
- Translate complex technology capabilities into practical talent strategies that are automation-optimised, cost-conscious, and deeply human-centred
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools for talent skilling, learning, workforce planning, and employee experience across AP
2. Talent Strategy & Transformation
- Drive transformation programs that shift talent operating models across AP participating firms, with a focus on scalable, technology-led delivery
- Apply data, insights, and workforce analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the AP talent landscape
- Integrate diversity of thought, gender equity, and human-centred design principles into technology-enabled talent solutions
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Represent the AP WOF agenda on AP Talent Executive Councils and relevant cross-firm , and global forums
- Build trusted relationships with AP PFs and AP leadership to facilitate seamless program delivery across geographies
- Communicate complex strategies compellingly to senior leaders translate ambiguity into clear direction for working teams
4. Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology enablement workstreams within AP WOF - scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across People & Purpose, Technology, and PF teams
- Build and sustain a high-performance team culture anchored in discipline, consistency, and a bias for action
EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
What you bring:
- 15+ years of experience spanning consulting, people strategy, and large-scale organisational transformation
- Demonstrated track record in AI, automation and talent transformation that is applied to talent - AI Impact analysis , workforce planning, learning, experience, or analytics
- Deep expertise in talent strategy and transformation at a regional or global scale
- Proven ability to lead programs across matrixed, multi-geography environments with senior stakeholder influence
- Experience working across Asia Pacific participating firm structures (or equivalent multi-entity environments)
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, quick to act, and able to build from first principles

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
- This role is based in Singapore.
- The role requires regular engagement with AP participating firms across time zones, including periodic travel to AP markets. Flexibility in working hours is expected given the breadth of the regional remit.
