The Wellbeing Director leads the growth and delivery of wellbeing solutions across Asia Pacific, overseeing complex client engagements and providing people leadership across a geographically dispersed team. The role balances client leadership, commercial accountability, and colleague development to ensure consistent, scalable delivery aligned to enterprise priorities.


What the day will look like

  • Client Leadership and Commercial Impact
    Lead complex client engagements with large regional organisations, applying Aon's integrated human capital capabilities to address wellbeingrelated business challenges. Shape and deliver feebased wellbeing solutions that create measurable client outcomes, strengthen longterm relationships, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
  • Solution Leadership and Delivery Oversight
    Provide leadership across multiple wellbeing initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with agreed quality, governance, and risk standards. Maintain oversight of project execution while balancing local client needs with regional and enterprise priorities.
  • People Leadership (Distributed Teams)
    Demonstrate effective people leadership across geographically dispersed colleagues, creating clarity of direction, accountability, and engagement in a remote or hybrid working environment. Support performance management, capability development, and succession planning, while fostering collaboration, inclusion, and consistent ways of working across locations.
  • Market Leadership and Thought Leadership
    Contribute to Aon's external profile through proposition development, research, and thought leadership activities. Represent Aon in client forums, industry events, and marketing initiatives, maintaining awareness of emerging wellbeing and human capital trends.
  • Stakeholder and Enterprise Collaboration
    Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Health, Wealth, and Talent to deliver integrated solutions and advance enterprise objectives. Model an enterprise mindset by working effectively across functions and geographies to enable strong client outcomes.
  • Performance Management and Governance
    Maintain oversight of engagement performance, including financial, delivery, and people metrics. Use insight and data to inform decisionmaking, support continuous improvement, and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Extensive experience in wellbeing consulting, healthcare consulting, or a related human capital field.
  • Proven experience leading complex, highimpact client engagements across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading colleagues across different locations in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to revenue growth and managing delivery risk.
  • Ability to operate with an enterprise mindset, balancing client, people, and business priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior internal and external levels.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed, or multinational organisations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare, Psychology, Public Health, Human Capital). Postgraduate qualifications and relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
