Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Director, Wealth Planning to champion estate, legacy and fiduciary advisory initiatives across the region. This individual will work closely with internal partners, engage HNW clients, and contribute to the expansion of fiduciary and corporate advisory services. The role calls for strong technical expertise, a solutions-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver comprehensive wealth structuring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster close collaboration across internal teams to deliver integrated estate and legacy planning solutions.
- Engage prospects, clients and colleagues to introduce wealth planning ideas and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide guidance on complex fiduciary, trust and insurance matters to ensure exceptional client service.
- Cultivate new business opportunities for fiduciary and corporate services by connecting with external partners and market intermediaries.
- Enhance the visibility and positioning of the Group's wealth planning proposition across key client segments.
- Identify opportunities to promote complementary products and services across the Group.
- Broaden distribution channels within Singapore, Hong Kong and regional markets to strengthen client reach.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of existing client relationships to support retention, deepen engagement and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business or related disciplines; additional professional qualifications are advantageous.
- At least 6-8 years experience in wealth planning, fiduciary services, trusts, private banking or related advisory roles.
- Deep understanding of estate structuring, trust planning, insurance solutions, tax frameworks and cross-border considerations.
- Demonstrated success in client advisory, business origination and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- Analytical, solution-oriented and able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-versed in regulatory frameworks and able to deliver compliant fiduciary and wealth planning solutions.
