Job Summary
You will develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, driving asset growth and sales revenue while supporting trading execution and consultation within Wealth & Corporate Client sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and retain client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to drive business growth
- Source and onboard new clients to increase assets under management (AUM) and generate sales revenue
- Provide timely support on trading execution and deliver empirical consultation to Wealth & Corporate Client sales teams
- Leverage networks of Japanese high-net-worth clients living in and outside Japan to expand client base and deepen engagement
- Utilize strong spoken and written Japanese language skills to effectively communicate and manage relationships with Japanese clients
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in fixed income, equities, banking & brokerage services, including relationship management with Japanese clients and corporates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Established networks of Japanese high-net-worth clients living in and outside Japan
- Strong spoken and written Japanese language skills to network and manage Japanese clients (required for effective communication and relationship management with Japanese clients)
