Overview
- To develop strategies for the continued growth of Bridge's regional solutions including IoT, and Enterprise mobility solutions and to continuously monitor Bridge Alliance members performance and market development to determine if strategies need to be adjusted or new strategies should be introduced
- To design and drive adoption of appropriate Go-to-market framework to enable BMOs to capture market share of Enterprises through Bridge's regional products & services
- To develop partners ecosystem enabling multiplier effect in capturing values for BMOs leveraging on Bridge's regional products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Bridge's IoT Product strategy and lead the discovery phase of enterprise mobility solutions development
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers in driving IoT product strategies and market development, entrenching Bridge's position as the preferred partner for IoT business.
- Lead execution plans in increasing market awareness of Bridge's regional offerings, generating regional sales funnels and enabling the effectiveness of BMOs GTM capabilities.
- Support regional RFP/RFI from MNCs, work with BMOs to capture Global MNCs Asia requirements
- Support the footprint enlargement of Bridge Alliance
- Manage effective partnerships with both existing BMOs & Commercial Partners(CPs) and build relationships with other prospective business partners where appropriate
- Lead and drive IoT/Enterprise workshops with participation from BMOs to get buy-in for implementation of regional initiatives across alliance footprints
- Manage relationship with Industry and Technology partners with the objective to stay abreast of market demand trends and technology trends.
Key Job Requirements
Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of telecommunications products and services development and business development
- Strong knowledge in enterprise mobility and IoT business and solutions
- Understanding of telco's Enterprise business model and B2B market demand.
Relevant Work Experience
- At least 10 years relevant experience in MNO or SI dealing with Enterprise clients and products.
- At least 5 years in leadership and people management role
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Asia

- Goal oriented, Entrepreneur mindset, can-do attitude, and strong leadership skills in optimizing team's performance.
- Strategic thinking skills in creation of value propositions to future proof Bridge and our BMOs in IoT and Enterprise Mobility business.

Starting salary will be commensurate with the years of work experience.
