Job Responsibilities

project managers, and other professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and

. Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance. Make informed decisions to ensure projects are financially viable and profitable.

. Design Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation and

quality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company's

vision and client expectations.

. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with

clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer

satisfaction.

. Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers,

contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and

services.

. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the

design and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.

. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scope

changes, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.

. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes,

regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.

. Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging

technologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into the

company's projects.

. Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with industry

partners, stakeholders, and professional organizations to enhance the company's

Job Requirements

. Education: A bachelor's or master's degree.

. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to

motivate, mentor, and guide a diverse team of professionals.
