Responsibilities

- Lead the factory operation

FACTORY OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE
- Manage day-to-day production operations for the modular furniture line.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to facilitate production of new products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder
• Minimum 10-15 year proven experience in the furniture industry.
• Expertise in supply chain management, operations optimization, and product development in the furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of production management processes and methodologies.

• Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
