Job Description

Step into a dynamic leadership opportunity as a Regional Talent Acquisition Director based in Singapore, partnering with a recognized, award-winning technology organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People and collaborate with senior business leaders to shape and drive strategic hiring initiatives across the region.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead the development and execution of the regional talent acquisition strategy. This includes overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities, managing the Talent Acquisition team, and proactively identifying executive hiring needs. You will also spearhead graduate recruitment programs, build and manage vendor partnerships, and ensure hiring practices are aligned with business objectives.

In addition, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, contributing to broader talent management initiatives, and staying current with evolving HR trends and regulatory

requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and brings at least 10 years of talent acquisition experience within fast-paced or startup technology environments. You are a seasoned leader with a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Regional exposure, proven team leadership, and deep expertise in hiring within the technology sector are essential for success in this role.
