About Our Client

Non-profit organization which partners with major multinational companies to advance responsible, resilient, and future‑ready business practices.

Job Description

The role involves driving and executing regional go‑to‑market strategies while overseeing the full project pipeline, identifying and converting opportunities across priority sectors, and ensuring strong delivery outcomes. It also requires building and deepening relationships with existing member organizations, clearly communicating the organization's value proposition to prospective members, supporting regional events and webinars to strengthen visibility and engagement, and developing partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders such as industry associations, investors, NGOs, and academic institutions. The Director will forecast revenue, manage a portfolio P&L, and ensure healthy margins and efficient team utilization. Additionally, the role includes scoping and supporting the delivery of advisory projects across key sustainability themes-such as human rights, climate and nature, responsible technology, business transformation, and supply chain-while leading multidisciplinary teams across both local and global offices to produce high‑quality work. The position also entails representing the organization at regional forums and contributing thought‑leadership content aligned with strategic priorities. The Director will hire, mentor, and develop a high‑performing local team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback‑rich culture. Finally, the role requires close collaboration with regional hubs and global colleagues to ensure cohesive, integrated delivery and alignment across the organization.

  • Proven track record in business development, including complex multi‑stakeholder engagements.
  • Experience scaling a business line, office, or region.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
