Drive Our New Market Entry (NME) Efforts

  • Provide executive-level project leadership of NME workstreams, acting as the central controller to align all stakeholders.
  • Source, qualify, and establish vendor and supply networks for new markets, including ingredients, equipment, small wares, packaging, and uniforms.
  • Validate customs clearance processes and ensure seamless importation readiness.
  • Lead qualification and performance management of warehousing and logistics service providers.

  • Oversee supply chain readiness for new market entries (e.g., Korea, Japan, and beyond), ensuring infrastructure and partnerships are fully scalable.
  • Develop and scale regional supplier networks, logistics infrastructure, and innovation pipelines that enable both speed to market and long-term resilience.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support rapid and sustainable expansion across APAC.

Functional Leadership for Innovation, Regional, and Global Projects

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Development to drive new product development and adapt menu offerings for local market preferences.
  • Lead cross-regional initiatives to harmonize specifications, capture economies of scale, and strengthen global supply chain resilience.
  • Champion continuous improvement, adoption of advanced supply chain practices, and digital enablement across APAC.
  • Collaborate extensively across regions and with the Global Support Centre in Dallas to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Establish and embed Supplier Relationship Management programs, ensuring structured governance and long-term value creation.
  • Lead risk assessment and scenario planning for current and future supply chain priorities to ensure resilience.
  • Act as a visible champion of Wingstop's corporate supply chain strategies in the APAC region, representing the business at both internal and external forums.
