We're looking for a Director, Strategy Operations to join our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinate high-level customer and partner meetings, prepare the leader with strategic insight briefing materials, and follow-up actions
- Partner with business operations to establish operating rhythm cadence, manages P&L information supports talent initiatives in alignment with defined business and ecosystem strategies
- Assist leader with daily operations and decision-making from generating correspondence, coordinating quarterly/annual corporate meetings, and managing agendas and optimising the effectiveness of the organization
- Facilitate the creation and enable business strategy, vision and business priorities, essentially acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education
- 10 plus years of experience in building sales oragnisations and scaling revenue engines
- Experience in leading teams to achieve high-value targets
