About The Job

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships with private banks, family offices, trust companies, law firms, accounting firms, and other professional intermediaries.
• Generate new business opportunities through referral and partnership channels.
• Identify client wealth planning needs and facilitate appropriate solutions through our professional partner ecosystem.
• Represent the business at networking events, industry forums, and client seminars.
• Contribute to the growth and development of a newly established business platform.
  
  

Preferred

• Existing network across Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, or other Asian markets.
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and their advisers.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Korean, Thai, or other Asian languages, will be highly advantageous to support regional business development and relationship management.
  
  

About The Manager/team

There will be an admin member to assist with the work processes and paperwork.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in business development, wealth management, private banking, trust and fiduciary services, insurance, family office, or professional services.
• Strong network of professional intermediaries and referral partners.
• Good understanding of trust structures, estate planning, succession planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Proven ability to originate business through relationship-building and strategic partnerships.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
