Your Mission: The Role

You are a transformation-owning, revenue-accountable, forward-deployed solver.

Not an AI evangelist. You're the AI-to-ROI translation engine.

As a DRI (directly responsible individual for AI revenue at Searce, you'll co-create with CxOs, design applied AI solutions, and deliver measurable impact - efficiency gains, cost takeout, revenue lift. Not decks. Not pilots that stall. Real outcomes that land on the P&L.

You will lead the charge from the discovery phase of client engagements, uncovering business problems, and reimagining their processes with AI to create significant business value. Your success in this phase is key, as it leads directly to a billable engagement, contributing to the generation of new business and revenue streams. At Searce, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, building our brand and establishing thought leadership in AI through technical consulting, white boarding, building POCs and cultivating long term partnerships with hyperscalers.

This role is about architecting the future and embedding it into today's workflows. If you're a strategist who can engineer, a builder who can influence, and a storyteller who can simplify the complex, we've got a seat for you at the front of the table.

Your Responsibilities

This isn't a make AI slides role. You are the founder, the architect, and the DRI for executing applied AI GTM and deploying solutions that turn hype into real outcomes. Real Outcomes or Nothing is your mantra.

This role carries revenue ownership and is instrumental in driving the financial success of the AI-led modern work ops & modern business ops practice. Your leadership will be pivotal in translating business needs into tangible, impactful AI outcomes.Here's how you'll make your mark:

• Domain Leadership: Lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by engaging with client leadership to map asi-is business processes and detail the domain nuances.
• Reimagine with clients: Lead opportunity scans and CxO workshops that uncover $10M+ efficiency plays.
• Architect the blueprint: Translate discovery into scalable automation roadmaps, digital twins, and enterprise-ready AI architectures.
• Execute with accountability: Lead embedded squads that deploy, measure, and scale AI-native workflows with speed & certainty.
• Drive revenue & impact: Own outcome-linked revenue for your portfolio. Forecast, deliver, expand.
• Shape the narrative: Publish perspectives, run forums, and represent Futurify as the partner who turns hype into hard outcomes.
• Inspire & mentor: Build high-performing solution consulting teams who live the Always in Beta mindset.
• Lead responsibly: Ensure fairness, explainability, and ethics are built into every AI deployment.

• Background in Delivery: Hands-on credibility and practical insight to lead with impact. Possesses a proven track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery.
• Commercial Leadership: Proven track record of building net-new services business, not just farming existing accounts.
• Client-Facing Tech Acumen: 8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical pre-sales or solutions architecting role, acting as the trusted technical advisor.
• Locally Tuned: You know the terrain - clients, partners, CSP & ISVs. You can navigate it on day one.
