Singapore Corporate Banking Department

This position is accountable for business promotion, planning and focusing on wise non-Japanese Corporates.
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership on managing all sections of non-Japanese Corporates
- Responsible for business planning and provide solutions to achieve overall performance targets
- Leadership to achieve strong control on credit, compliance, risk and other assigned matters
- Fulfill training requirements and provide leadership to junior staffs
- Such other tasks as may be appropriately assigned by the bank from time to time (including related to managing trading business, collaborating with group companies, and other tasks related to non-Japanese corporates.
What you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in relationship management role.
- General knowledge of capital market and relevant products.
- Strong interpersonal and business writing skills are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese will be advantageous as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond & communicate in these two languages to our global offices and Head Office in Japan.
- Experience working in real estate finance or structured finance business environment will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding and affiliation to Japanese financial industry and Japanese Corporations with relevant network will be advantageous.
