Director - Senior Sales, Payments (Stablecoin Infrastructure)

A fast-growing payments and digital asset infrastructure company is hiring a senior commercial leader to drive institutional business across cross-border payments, PSP and acquirer integrations, and next-generation stablecoin payment infrastructure across APAC.

This is a pure origination role with end-to-end ownership of the commercial cycle. You'll be responsible for identifying and opening new opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, structuring solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and staying involved through onboarding and first live revenue. This is a high-autonomy role with direct ownership of revenue generation.

You'll build relationships across banks, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs, MTOs, corporates, exchanges and digital asset platforms, with a particular focus on customers with complex cross-border payment and settlement requirements. You'll need to understand the full transaction flow across collections, FX, settlement and payouts, and work closely with Product, Treasury, Compliance, Legal and Technology to structure commercially viable solutions.

We're looking for 10+ years of institutional or B2B sales experience, with meaningful exposure to payments and an existing network across the PSP, acquiring and fintech ecosystem in APAC and/or the GCC. You should have a proven track record of personally originating and closing payment infrastructure deals across areas such as cross-border payments, acquiring, on/off-ramps or stablecoin rails, with clear commercial outcomes.

You should also be comfortable discussing stablecoins, payment APIs, settlement and treasury workflows with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
