Director, Sales & Smart Technologies -Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director, Sales & Smart Technologies to lead APAC-wide sales growth and technology-driven transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Regional CEO/President, this role drives strategic sales leadership across smart technologies, digital innovation, and sustainability while ensuring seamless coordination across regional subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities - APAC Regional Sales

Strategic Sales Leadership

- LeadAPAC-wide sales strategy focused on Smart and Sustainable Technologies such as GX, DX, IoT etc, including digital transformation, smart solutions, and environmental innovation.

- Oversee sales operations in Singapore and APAC subsidiaries to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.

- Drive Business Transformation (BX) initiatives to enhance sales capabilities and operational effectiveness.

Regional Business Management

- Oversee and drive sales performance across 14 subsidiaries, ensuring consistent execution of regional priorities.

- Strengthen collaboration with APAC group companies to unlock new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to support long-term, sustainable growth.

- Coordinate closely with SEA subsidiaries to maintain alignment, efficiency, and unified business direction.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in sales, technology, business development, or transformation-related
roles.

- At least 5 years in a managerial or regional leadership position.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and project leadership capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead and develop teams with measurable performance improvements.

- Highly self-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills negotiation experience is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel across APAC and Japan for regional business needs.

- Experience in Japanese MNCs or multi-country environments preferred.

- Proficiency in English and Japanese (oral and written) to liaise with customer, Japanese leadership and HQ.
