  • Marketing & Branding: Direct advertising, digital campaigns, social media, and media initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to optimize revenue streams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with revenue management, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Director Of Sales & Marketing Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue growth.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
