The Successful Applicant
A Successful Director Of Sales & Marketing Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue growth.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
