Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's overall strategic direction,goals, and objectives, considering market trends, client needs, and industryadvancements.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships standards.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, architects,project managers, and other professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, andperformance evaluations.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financialperformance. Make informed decisions to ensure projects are financially viable andprofitable.

Design Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation andquality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company'svision and client expectations.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships withclients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customersatisfaction.

Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers,contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials andservices.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout thedesign and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scopechanges, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes,regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.

Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into thecompany's projects.

Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with industrypartners, stakeholders, and professional organizations to enhance the company'sreputation and collaboration opportunities.

Job Requirements

Education : Bachelors Degree or Masters degree Any

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate, mentor, and guide a diverse team of professionals.

. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles, including financialmanagement, budgeting, and business development.

. Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, trends, materials,and construction techniques.
