Actively acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of offshore and international clients, with a strong focus on revenue generation and AUM growth.
Drive new client acquisition through referrals, prospecting, and strategic networking.
Conduct high-impact financial needs analysis sessions to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Proactively recommend and execute wealth solutions across investments, structured products, bancassurance, and lending.
Deliver consistent and measurable sales performance, meeting or exceeding individual revenue and portfolio targets.
Provide regular portfolio reviews, market updates, and investment recommendations to maximise client engagement and wallet share.
Build deep, long-term client relationships while maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
Work closely with internal product and investment teams to bring timely solutions to clients.
Ensure all advisory and sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and suitability requirements.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory.
Experience serving offshore, international, or cross-border clients is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistent sales performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
