Role Description

Financial Manager:Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
Manage accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with financial regulations.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are implemented effectively.
Corporate Finance Director:Lead corporate finance strategy, including capital planning, mergers & acquisitions, and investment decisions.
Oversee treasury, funding, and liquidity management to optimize financial resources.
Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership and board of directors.
Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
Drive financial performance, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure high performance and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred for senior roles.
Proven experience in financial management, corporate finance, or strategic financial planning (35 years for Manager; 712+ years for Director).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex financial initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
