Position Overview
LOOK CAPITAL is seeking a Director, Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a professional with strong private banking experience, excellent project management skills and a client-focused mindset, working together with our investment team to deliver superior experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a one-stop service point for clients, addressing their diverse needs by working with internal investment teams and liaising with external partners, including private banks, law firms, and trust companies, to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Act as a personal assistant to high-net-worth clients, supporting them in managing various aspects of family affairs such as investment and asset allocation, legal and tax services, residency planning, healthcare, and children's education.
- Continuously develop and refine best-in-class solutions while building a network of high-quality service providers to meet evolving client needs.
- Assist in planning and executing client engagement activities, including knowledge-sharing sessions, closed-door discussions, and exclusive private events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong banking acumen and professional ethics, with at least 5 years of experience in private banking.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent communication and empathy skills, capable of responding to client needs promptly, including outside regular working hours.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and learning.
- This role primarily supports the Greater China market therefore, business proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
