Director, Product (Treasury Management)

Supported by premier global venture capital, they have pioneered an AI-powered Treasury Operating System designed to eliminate manual workflows. They are now in a rapid global expansion phase, streamlining cross-border cash management and investment for businesses in over 200 countries.

To support their rapid growth, they are looking for a hands-on Director of Product (Treasury Management) to mentor a high-performing team and shape the future of their core platform.

Position Overview

This role requires a strategic and commercially driven product leader with deep expertise in treasury technologies and a strong understanding of the needs of corporate treasury teams. As a key member of the product leadership team, you will define the long-term product vision, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable treasury solutions while leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the treasury management suite, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality solutions that address key treasury functions such as liquidity management, cash visibility, cash forecasting, FX risk management, and bank connectivity. In addition, the role will leverage market research, competitive analysis, and close engagement with customers and partners to identify new product opportunities and strengthen the company's position within the treasury technology ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 812+ years of product management experience and must come from a fintech environment, with strong exposure to treasury management or cash management solutions. They will bring proven experience leading product teams in a fast-paced technology setting and a strong understanding of SaaS product development, banking integrations, and enterprise financial systems. The successful applicant will be a strategic and commercially minded leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating complex financial workflows into scalable product solutions while influencing both technical and commercial teams.
