Job Description:
1. Strategic Investment & Consolidation
- Source investment opportunities, aligning assets to maximize synergies and valuation premiums
- Direct integration planning across diverse business units, ensuring seamless operational and financial alignment post-acquisition
2. Investor Relations
- Partner with world-class institutional investors to co-develop strategies, strengthening the company's credibility and access to global investment funds
3. Market Expansion & Business Development
- Expand export markets for specialty chemicals from Indonesia to regional and global clients, securing new revenue streams and diversifying risk exposure
- Establish strategic partnerships in key local markets, enhancing client service delivery and competitive positioning
4. Sector Restructuring & Innovation
- Restructuring of the specialty chemicals division, improving competitiveness through R&D and collaborative ventures
- Develop B2B marketing strategies to penetrate overseas markets, leveraging technology to scale growth efficiently
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Prefer post-graduate education with a finance specialization
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
- Background in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or auditing is common
- Proven track record in financial strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising
- Core Skills: Financial expertise, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, risk assessment and mitigation strategies, knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to design and execute growth strategies, strong decision-making under uncertainty
- Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation skills for board-level reporting, ability to mentor and coach finance teams, skilled at conveying complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Operational & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven analysis
