About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director, Organisation Design & Transformation to lead strategic organisation and workforce transformation initiatives across a complex, international business environment. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership to shape future organisational structures, enhance organisational effectiveness, and deliver transformation programmes that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term capability building. The successful candidate will bring a combination of organisation design expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership experience gained within large multinational organisations or leading consulting firms.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide organisation design and operating model transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to assess current organisational structures and develop future-state operating models.
- Drive workforce transformation programmes that improve organisational effectiveness, capability, and productivity.
- Support organisation restructuring, business integration, and change initiatives across multiple markets.
- Develop workforce planning and organisational analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate executive discussions and provide recommendations on organisation design, governance, spans and layers, and workforce deployment.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Establish change adoption strategies and monitor transformation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, especially at least 5 years in organisation design, workforce transformation, organisation effectiveness, operating model redesign, strategic consulting, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of organisation design principles, workforce planning, and operating model development.
- Experience working within multinational environments and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Exposure to restructuring, business integration, post-merger integration, or large-scale change programmes will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
