Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Planning: Lead the planning and execution of organisation-wide strategic initiatives, translating vision into actionable outcomes aligned with University's priorities
- Organisational Effectiveness & Change: Drive operational transformation by streamlining administrative structures, enhancing service delivery models, and standardising processes across the ecosystem.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements, while strengthening internal controls and advising leadership on governance matters
- Operations & Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets, grants, procurement, and resource allocation, while identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Advisory to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decision-making on institutional effectiveness, risk, and strategic priorities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a preference for postgraduate qualifications in Management, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
- Over 20 years of work experience, of which minimally 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or large, complex organisations.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships in matrix environments.
- Experience managing large-scale strategic initiatives and operational frameworks.
