Position Summary:
The Director of Strategy and Development will lead the strategic initiatives of the organization, focusing on growth, innovation, and market positioning. This role requires a strong background in investment banking to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive successful business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with corporate goals. Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for development.
- Investment Analysis: Utilize investment banking expertise to assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Communication: Prepare and present reports and presentations to the executive team and stakeholders on strategic initiatives and progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategy development, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Vietnamese Speaking
