Director of Software Engineering

I am partnering with a leading US Tier-One Investment Bank to appoint a Senior Executive Director within their Equities Technology division in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-impact engineering teams supporting the bank's global Order Management System (OMS) for Equities Trading.

Key Requirements include:

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams of 610+ in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in Java; able to engage at both strategic and hands-on technical levels.
• Demonstrated track record working with enterprise-scale OMS platforms within a global financial services context.
• Solid understanding of Equities Trading products and associated front-to-back workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate senior stakeholder relationships across multiple regions.
• Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including investment banks, buy-side firms, and crypto-native institutions.
