About the role

  • Position:Director of Sales
  • Location:Singapore (Remote)
  • Department:Sales & Business Development
  • Report to:VPof Sales, APAC

As Sales Director, you will own revenue growth across the region by personally driving enterprise opportunities end-to-end - buildingpipelines, leading complex deal cycles, and closing strategic customers.You'lloperateas a senior seller and regional leader,setting upthe operating cadence, forecast discipline, and go-to-market execution for APAC. Over time, you may help shape and hire the regional teamasthe businessscales.

WhatYou'llDo

Own APAC revenue and pipeline

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual targets for new business and expansion across APAC.
  • Execute an APAC sales plan: segmentation, target account strategy, territory coverage, and pipeline generation.
  • Personally lead prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, business case/ROI development, negotiation, and close.

Lead complex enterprise deal cycles

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups (business leadership, compliance, risk, legal, operations, IT/security).
  • PositionLeapXpert'svalue around governed, compliant client communications, including recordkeeping/archiving and policy-based governance/security controls.
  • Run structured deal processes: mutual action plans, qualification, and rigorous next steps.

Forecasting & operating rhythm

  • Maintainaccurateforecasting and pipeline management in CRM, with clear inspection of deal health and risks.
  • Establisha consistentcadence with leadership: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Partner with Marketing on account-based programs and field activities to buildqualifiedpipeline.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive smooth handoffs, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Provide product feedback based on APAC market needs and competitive insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales outcomes (APAC preferred).
  • Proventrack recordexceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong ability to sell security/compliance-adjacent solutions, including recordkeeping and governance controls.
  • Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM rigor; strongdealqualification and inspection skills.
  • Executive presence:strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment; high ownership and adaptability.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience selling into regulated or risk-sensitive industries.
  • Familiarity with messaging governance, capture/recordkeeping, orcomplianceworkflows.
