Job Scope

Lead the hotel's overall sales, marketing, branding and commercial strategy.
Drive room revenue, F&B sales, events business and market share.
Oversee marketing campaigns, digital channels, public relations and brand positioning.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance and business forecasts.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity with extensive hotel sales and marketing experience, including leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospitality distribution channels.
Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and team management.
