The Mission: Lead, build, and scale! Seeking a visionary Director of Robotics to take full ownership of robotics business unit. This is a Player-Coach role for someone who can architect complex UAV systems (ArduPilot/MAVLink) while driving the commercial growth and profitability of the department.

Core Pillars:

• Leadership: Build your own multidisciplinary engineering team from scratch.

• Tech: Own the roadmap for autonomous flight, edge computing, and AI integration.

• Business: Scale solutions into Smart Cities, Industrial Inspection, and Logistics.

The Essentials:

• 10+ years in Robotics/UAV + 3+ years in a leadership/commercial role.

• Mastery of ArduPilot, MAVLink, C++, and Python.
