Responsibilities

- Partner with executive stakeholders to align procurement priorities with business objectives.
- Champion procurement transformation initiatives and embed best practices across the organization.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience leading procurement, sourcing, or category management functions within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries. Experience in medical supplies is advantageous.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven success delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and procurement transformation initiatives.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams.
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
