APAC Operations Manager

Our client is a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cybersecurity, physical security, and resilience across the healthcare sector. By fostering trusted information sharing, partnerships, and thought leadership, they help protect critical health infrastructure and strengthen resilience across the global health ecosystem.

They are seeking an APAC Operations Manager to serve as their lead representative in the Asia-Pacific region. This senior-level role will oversee regional operations, manage staff, and drive member engagement while building partnerships with healthcare organizations, governments, regulators, and industry associations. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the organizations presence in APAC, shaping regional initiatives, and supporting its mission to improve the security and resilience of the healthcare sector worldwide.

This is a remote position based in Singapore, with regular travel across APAC and occasional travel to the US or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead APAC operations, including management of regional staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, regulators, and industry partners.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and summits.
• Support members by sharing insights and contributing thought leadership on emerging threats and resilience.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in the healthcare sector with expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, or resilience.
• At least 4 years in a management role with strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
• Based in Singapore with ability to travel regionally and internationally.
• Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
