Director of Logistics / Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Director of Logistics & Supply Chain will oversee the full supply chain network for BUZUD, ensuring seamless procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics to support global operations and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

. Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning.

. Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and distributors.

. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local customs.

. Drive continuous improvement in warehousing, transport, and order fulfillment processes.

. Lead supply chain risk management, including contingency planning.

. Provide leadership to logistics teams and align processes with corporate goals.

Requirements

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management.

. Strong understanding of international shipping, trade compliance, and ERP/WMS systems.

. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

. Proven track record in cost optimization and operational excellence.
