About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Learning & Development to propose and roll-out a global learning strategy that empowers our people, strengthens our values, and accelerates our business. This role will be pivotal in scaling learning across disciplines, studios, and leadership levels - embedding a mindset of growth and knowledge sharing even further in Virtuos DNA.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs
  • Propose and champion a global learning strategy aligned with Virtuos business goals and cultural values

Program Design & Execution


  • Lead high-impact learning programs in leadership, people management, and values-based behaviors
  • Curate blended learning experiences using digital platforms, peer learning, training and experiential formats
  • Ensure learning initiatives are scalable, measurable, and tailored to diverse geographies
  • Elevate cross-studio and cross-functional knowledge exchange through communities of practice and collaborative learning formats

Operational Excellence


  • Improve systems, standards, and tools that embed learning into daily workflows
  • Define success metrics and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness and business impact. Use data to iterate, improve, and communicate the value of learning across the organization

Qualifications


  • 10+ years in Learning & Development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in designing and scaling global learning programs, preferably in tech or creative industries.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, matrixed organization.
  • Strong skills in Program Management and Change Management
  • Expertise in learning design, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
