Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will lead a team in championing the learning and development strategy, designing and implementing progressive learning initiatives and programmes that support the strengthening of workforce capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and keeping the Hospital agile and competitive. You are expected to drive leadership development initiatives that focus on key areas in talent development, career progression, people management/leadership capability and succession planning. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement upskilling programmes to transform our workforce to meet tomorrow's challenge.
You will also oversee a team which administers and manages of healthcare scholarship and educational sponsorships matters for staff.
