Job Description

A global investigations firm is seeking a leader to join its Asia practice. This role is suited to experienced advisory professionals who bring credibility with senior clients and a track record of leading complex engagements.

The appointment sits at Director level, with responsibility across case leadership, client engagement, and mentoring of junior staff.

The Director will lead and oversee matters including:

Complex pre-transaction and strategic due diligence
Fraud, misconduct, and integrity investigations
Disputes and litigation-support assignments
High-risk market entry and counterparty assessments

Engagements are typically cross-border, time-sensitive, and judgment-driven, requiring discretion, independence of thought, and the ability to operate without heavy institutional scaffolding.

This role is well suited to professionals with 15+ years experience, currently or recently operating in:

Big 4 forensic, disputes, investigations, or risk advisory practices
Large consulting or accounting firms with exposure to sensitive matters
Senior advisory or research-led roles supporting boards, GCs, or investment committees

Ideal candidates will bring:

Proven experience leading investigations or diligence engagements end-to-end
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to advise at a senior level
Sound commercial judgement
An understanding of risk, reputation, and enforcement dynamics
