Director of Interior Design

We are assisting with the hiring of an Interior Design Principal Hospitality. Singapore-based, senior-level, high-profile work.

This is a relationship role as much as a design role. You'll own the client conversation at the most senior level, shape design direction from concept to delivery, and build the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Setting design direction on major hospitality interior projects
• Representing the firm in senior client meetings with opinions, not just presentations
• Anticipating problems before they become the client's problem
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen engagement

You're the right fit if:

• You have 15+ years in interior design, with real leadership experience on large-scale projects
• Hospitality is your sector you understand what these clients need before they ask
• You're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a design review
• Your portfolio shows both design excellence and commercial judgment
