Director of Information Technology

CÉ LA VI is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Group Director of Information Technology, based in Singapore, to lead technology across our global venues and support the Group's continued growth.

Group Director of Information Technology Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the Group IT strategy, roadmap, budget, and governance framework across existing and future venues.
• Lead technology planning for new venue openings, system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Establish consistent standards for cybersecurity, data protection, access management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Oversee IT service delivery to ensure reliable systems and responsive support for venue teams.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership to identify technology solutions that improve guest experience and business performance.
• Evaluate technology investments, manage vendors and contracts, and drive cost efficiency across the Group.
• Lead and develop the Group IT team, building capability and consistent service standards across markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Significant IT leadership experience across multiple sites or markets, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or a guest-focused business.
• Proven experience delivering technology strategy, major system implementations, and new site openings.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, data governance, and service management.
• Commercial acumen, including budget ownership, vendor negotiations, and investment evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex technology matters into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
